About the job

1) Marketing Executive / Education Counsellor

Salary: RM1800 - RM2500 (Basic + Commission per student)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide education counselling services to prospective students and parents.

2. Drive sales activities and achieve individual and group target for student enrolment.

3. Support the Manager in managing marketing team to ensure consistent follow up to achieve with the strategic objectives of the department.

4. Involved in marketing functions including all major student recruit activities i.e. campus events, roadshows, public fairs, school marketing activities related to student recruitment.

5. Prepare relevant reports and data on regular basis and involved in any ad hoc projects.

6. Handle any other tasks as assigned by Superiors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field

• Other qualification may be considered depending on the interviewee work history and past experiences.

Professional Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.

• Fresh graduates can be considered on case to case basis.

Strengths, Competencies & Personality

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Discipline in carrying out follow ups and provide daily reporting
