In the competitive corporate world nowadays, every graduate needs a competitive advantage to win their coveted dream job. The problem most graduates face is that employers will not give a fresh job seeker a chance since it takes more time training to get them up to speed. Our unique program aims to address that problem by getting our students into meaningful corporate work while they are studying.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The program is structured so that you to immerse yourself slowly into the working world.
In semester 1, you will not be working yet but our lecturers will be guiding you on the basics of corporate communication and social interaction so that you be ready to understand what the working world will need.
From semester 2 onwards, we will place you in one of our Corporate partners, carefully chosen to allow our students gradual increase in work exprience and thus gaining meaningful skills that they can use later.
Lectures and tutorials are structured so that they do not clash with the working time and also whatever working knowledge that the student goes through is taken into account for extra credit and grading of assignments.
INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP
HR management is one of the key areas in any business that will significantly affect the growth of any company. This important aspect of management is increasingly challenging in the face of the rapid advancement of legal, technology, social and economic sectors and conditions.
This course will teach students to utilise existing technology and to keep up-to-date with the advancement of technology to better operate the HR management function in an organisation. Students will have the opportunities to gain valuable practical experience as well as transferable employability skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills. The practical experience and the employability skills gained during the course will be highly valuable for the students in getting hired upon graduation.
