The Beginning: In line with the view of the nation’s vision 2020, and in response to the Malaysian Government’s call for the participation in education and training by private sectors, MCS advanced itself by setting up the private Institute, Institut Pengajian Tinggi MCS in 1996. Institut Pengajian Tinggi MCS opened its doors as a small Institut Pengajain Tinggi MCS. The establishment of IPTM enables MCS to enhance its professional educational activity and participate in the provision of higher and tertiary education, thus assisting in the enhancement of the nation’s manpower resources. With courses in certificate Level such as Microsoft Office, Skill Courses from Majlis Latihan Kebangsaan Malaysia (MLVK).          At Presence: In its quest for excellence and expansion, Institut Pengajian Tinggi MCS has been upgrade to College MCS. Until now, College MCS had their 3rd Convocation included students from Diploma and Certificate Level as MLVK and ICT. On the 3rd Convocation, Student is awarded their scroll from YB Dato’ Shafie Bin Muhamad Salleh as the Menteri Pengajian Tinggi. Now College MCS has provide more diploma courses such as Diploma Sains Komputer (LAN: KA 3851), LCCI Diploma and others. 1.     Registered as Institute Of Higher Education with Lembaga Akreditasi         Malaysia  (LAN) recognition for:      Diploma in Computer Science. 2.     Registered as Institute Of Higher Education with Ministry Of Education.          Diploma  Program, such as: Diploma in Electrical Engineering Diploma in Computer Science Diploma in LCCI Accounting 3.     Skill program: Computer Maintenance Computer Administration Industrial Electronic Application Development. 4.     Registered with Human Resource Development Fund 5.     Registered with LCCI (UK) 6.     Registered with City & Guilds (UK)       Forward Looking:  College MCS promotes a conducive learning environment, using modern learning methods and integrating the latest advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). College is aggressively developing forward-looking, internationalized e-campuses.
